Emory University in the United States has dismissed Fatima Ardeshir Larijani, the daughter of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Secretary Ali Larijani, from her job. According to foreign media, Fatima Ardeshir Larijani was employed at Emory University’s Medical School. The report states that Fatima Ardeshir Larijani was teaching hematology and medical oncology as an Assistant Professor at Emory University. The Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University confirmed that she is no longer an employee of the institution but refused to provide further details. It may be noted that a few days ago, US House Representative Earl Carter had written a letter to university officials demanding that Fatima Larijani be dismissed and her medical license revoked.
