The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) announced a new team management, appointing Olympian Khawaja Junaid as head coach of the national hockey team.
Players, team management, and development committee heads met with PHF ad hoc president Mohi-ud-Din Wani. Wani boosted players’ morale, urging them to focus solely on the game and bring glory to the country, assuring full facilities.
He stated the federation would handle all non-sporting matters, take responsibility for decisions, provide necessary privileges without pressure, and manage logistics, coordination, and off-field operations.
