Washington: The US military conducted a strike in Syria, killing an al-Qaeda-affiliated terrorist. According to the US Central Command, the US forces carried out an airstrike in Syria in which the al-Qaeda-linked terrorist Bilal Hassan Al-Jasim was killed. US officials stated that the terrorist Al-Jasim was accused of killing American soldiers. US officials further noted that more than 300 ISIS members were arrested last year. It may be recalled that a few days ago, the US military had also launched large-scale airstrikes on ISIS hideouts in Syria.
