Venezuela’s Vice President Delcy Rodríguez has strongly reacted to the U.S. action and the arrest of President Nicolás Maduro, stating that Venezuela is fully prepared to defend itself and protect its natural resources, and will not become anyone’s colony under any circumstances.
Addressing the nation, Delcy Rodríguez said that President Nicolás Maduro has been abducted and remains Venezuela’s constitutional president. She urged the people to demonstrate patience, unity, and solidarity for the country’s defense.
