Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announces commentary panel for the three-match T20I series against Australia.
Former Australian Test opener Simon Katich will perform commentary duties for the three T20I matches between Pakistan and Australia.
Katich had previously provided commentary during Australia’s historic tour of Pakistan in March 2022, after 24 years, covering the three-Test series.
The commentary panel includes Simon Katich, former Pakistani Test captains Aamer Sohail and Ramiz Raja, ex-Test batsman Bazid Khan, and former Pakistan women’s team captain Urooj Mumtaz, forming a five-member team.
Meanwhile, Zainab Abbas will host PCB’s pitch-side segment, where viewers will get detailed expert analysis during the pre- and post-match shows for all three matches at Qaddafi Stadium Lahore.
The series will feature high-definition broadcasts using 28 cameras, including buggies, with Hawk-Eye and UltraEdge technology under DRS.
The series begins tomorrow, with the second and third T20Is scheduled for Saturday, January 31, and Sunday, February 1, respectively, with the first ball bowled at 4 PM Pakistan Standard Time.
