In the controversial tweet case, Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha have not been arrested yet, prompting frustration from the District and Sessions Courts Islamabad over their failure to apprehend the suspects. Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Mujoka heard the case against Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha. During the hearing, Judge Mujoka directed to obtain a house search warrant from the magistrate and produce the suspects in court by 11 AM today.
The court adjourned the hearing until 11 AM. It may be noted that in the previous hearing, the District and Sessions Court Islamabad had canceled the bails of Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha in the controversial tweets case and ordered their arrest and production in court.
