Speaking at the Pakistan Policy Dialogue, Federal Minister for Climate Change Musaddiq Malik stated that increasing productive capacity is the only path to prosperity.
He emphasized that development will occur only when equal opportunities for work are provided to every citizen. Malik noted that access to power and influence has become the sole route to prosperity in Pakistan.
