Islamabad Anti-Terrorism Court approves bail for Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha.
The Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad, under Judge Abul Hasnat Mohammad Zulqarnain, heard the bail petitions of Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha in a case involving scuffles with police and protests.
Counsel Riaz Ali Azad, representing Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali, argued that this baseless case suddenly emerged; I myself am an accused in it but was unaware of the FIR being registered.
Riaz Ali Azad contended that an FIR was fabricated on a concocted, non-existent incident.
After arguments from both sides concluded, the court ruled in their favor, approving bail for both.
The court granted post-arrest bail to Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali on furnishing surety bonds of Rs10,000 each.
The case against Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali is registered at Secretariat Police Station.
