Missile Capabilities
ISPR announced the ‘Taimoor air-launched cruise missile’ can strike land and sea targets with pinpoint accuracy at 600km range using a conventional warhead. Advanced navigation lets it fly low to evade enemy defenses, enhancing PAF’s strike precision, deterrence, and agility.
Leadership Praise
Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Siddiqui hailed scientists, engineers, and personnel for their excellence, calling it proof of technological self-reliance amid regional threats. President Asif Ali Zardari echoed this, terming it a milestone for defense independence and regional stability.
