Islamabad: The Ruyat-e-Hilal Committee meeting has been summoned for sighting the Sha’ban moon. The meeting, chaired by Chairman Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad, will take place today in Islamabad, with zonal committee members joining the Central Ruyat-e-Hilal Committee. Officials from the Met Department, astronomers, and relevant agencies will also attend. Zonal committees in Peshawar, Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, Muzaffarabad, and Gilgit will hold their meetings. The final announcement on the Sha’ban moon will be made by the Central Ruyat-e-Hilal Committee.
