Karachi: The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has de-sealed former President Arif Alvi’s clinic. The Sindh High Court’s constitutional bench heard a contempt of court petition regarding the sealing of former President Arif Alvi’s dental clinic. During the hearing, Barrister Ali Tahir informed the court that the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) de-sealed the dental clinic after the contempt petition was filed. Barrister Ali Tahir stated that he no longer wishes to pursue further proceedings since the clinic has been de-sealed. The court disposed of the contempt petition against DG SBCA and others based on the petitioner’s withdrawal.
