According to the notification, all educational institutions in Sindh will remain closed on January 17 for Shab-e-Meraj.
The Sindh government has officially declared a public holiday in schools and colleges province-wide on this occasion, covering both government and private setups.
This follows the School Education Department’s directive, enabling students and staff to observe the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) night journey with prayers and religious activities.
